By accessing healwithkiru.com or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, reach out before purchasing — Kiru is happy to clarify anything.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All services are offered by Kiruthika, trading as Heal with Kiru.

Important — Nature of services

Kiru's work operates in the spiritual and energetic realm. Results are personal and cannot be guaranteed — healing unfolds differently for every woman. By booking a session or enrolling in any offering, you acknowledge this and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices.

The offerings

Manifest & Rise (12-Week Cohort)

• Spots are limited to 10–20 women per cohort — acceptance is at Kiru's sole discretion based on application
• Includes weekly live 2-hour calls, self-paced weekly modules, and a private WhatsApp community for the duration of the cohort
• Live calls are conducted via video call in English. Replay access is provided for any call you miss
• This is a group container requiring full commitment to the 12-week arc
• Kiru reserves the right to decline an application if the cohort is not the right fit

Private Coaching

• Priced at 4× the current cohort investment, reserved for a very limited number of clients at a time
• Includes weekly private 1:1 calls, direct WhatsApp access to Kiru, full session recordings, and a personalised pattern map
• Acceptance is at Kiru's sole discretion following an enquiry
• Kiru reserves the right to decline or discontinue private coaching if the working relationship is not aligned

Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay (RBI licensed)
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is required to confirm your spot in Manifest & Rise or Private Coaching
• For Private Coaching, payment terms will be discussed during your enquiry
• Kiru does not store your payment details — all transactions are handled by Razorpay

Cancellation & refund policy

Manifest & Rise Cohort

• Due to the limited-spot, group-prepared nature of this cohort, refunds are not offered once Cohort 1 has begun
• If your plans change before the cohort starts, reach out — Kiru will do her best to find a solution, including deferring your spot to the next cohort
• If extraordinary circumstances arise after the cohort begins, please reach out — Kiru will consider each situation with care and compassion

Private Coaching

• Due to the deeply personal and energetically prepared nature of this container, refunds are not offered once the engagement has begun
• If extraordinary circumstances arise, please reach out — Kiru will consider each situation with care and compassion

Confidentiality

Everything shared in a session with Kiru is held in complete confidence. Kiru will not share, discuss, or disclose anything from your sessions with any third party, except where required by law (e.g. if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

By booking a session, you agree to hold Kiru's methods, practices, and any materials shared with you in confidence as well.

Intellectual property

All content on healwithkiru.com — including text, images, the logo mark, course materials, and session recordings — is the intellectual property of Heal with Kiru. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without written permission.

Session recordings are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, published, or distributed in any form.

Testimonials & feedback

If you share a testimonial or feedback, you grant Heal with Kiru permission to use it on the website or in marketing materials. We will always ask before using your words and will never identify you without your explicit consent.

Limitation of liability

Heal with Kiru's total liability for any claim arising from use of the site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
